A New Partnership
CLV Group, InterRent REIT and Brookfield formed a joint venture earlier this year to develop a mixed-use development in Burlington, Ontario.
Brookfield Property Group is one of the world’s largest investors in real estate, with a wealth of real estate development and investment experience. Known worldwide for their asset management including approximately 60,000 multi-family residential units, they bring significant expertise to our development projects.
This partnership aims to build a community within a community that will be enjoyed by the existing and future residents of Burlington as a space where they can live, work and play.
2019 has been an exceptional year in improving the community and the lives of people where we own and operate our properties. We strongly believe that we are stewards of the future and that we must always strive to improve our neighbourhoods and help those succeed around us.

Many activities and charities have been supported in SWO, Ottawa and Montreal.

Our teams in Burlington created craft kits for children of McMaster Hospital to enjoy during their stay and wrapped holiday gifts at the Burlington Centre to support Joseph Brant Hospital.

Ottawa employees supported the Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa by baking treats for their holiday party and preparing snacks for the children to enjoy in the evening.
