Q: What products are used to clean and sanitize surfaces?
A: A government-approved hard-surface disinfectant (Concrobium Broad Spectrum Disinfectant II), as well as the Victory Innovations Professional Cordless Electrostatic Handheld Spray are used to ensure precise cleaning and sanitation of all surfaces.
Q: Are the cleaning products environmentally safe?
A: Our most used disinfectant is not dangerous to your health and is not classified as environmentally hazardous. We are conscious of proper disposal measures in accordance with regional guidelines.
Q: How often are the buildings being sanitized?
A: All common areas have been assessed and a rigorous cleaning and sanitation program has been developed to ensure high-traffic touch-points are regularly sanitized.
Q: Is it safe for me to use laundry rooms and common spaces?
A: Although we are taking the extra measure we can and encouraging the use of masks and social distancing, laundry rooms and common spaces are to be used at your own risk.
Q: Are the cleaning products safe for my pets?
A: Although no cleaning products should ever be ingested, the products we use do not pose any health risks to you or your pets.
Q: Are the cleaners getting special training?
A: All staff members have been extensively trained and are kept up to date on best measures and safety protocols.
