Throughout each day, our Cleaning team is sanitizing high-traffic touch-points in our common areas including the lobby, elevators and open amenity spaces, as well as following each entry into a vacant apartment.


Using government-approved hard-surface disinfectants and innovative tools to ensure precision, and personal protective equipment, our team is well prepared with the health and safety of our communities in mind.


We’ve taken extra measures to ensure the health and safety of our communities, including the requirement of personal protective equipment for our staff, sanitation stations throughout our buildings and social distancing in common areas.



  • Masks must be worn by staff and visitors during apartment tours
  • Interior and exterior doors and handles are sanitized following each tour
  • Interior and exterior of appliances, fixtures, cabinets, drawers and countertops are thoroughly sanitized
  • Windows and surrounding balcony surfaces (if applicable) are washed with a government-approved hard-surface disinfectant
  • Floors throughout the apartment are washed between visits
  • Light switches and outlets are wiped down with a government-approval hard-surface disinfectant

Cleaning Equipment

Use of a government-approved hard-surface disinfectant, as well as the Victory Innovations Professional Cordless Electrostatic Handheld Spray allow for thorough cleaning and sanitation of all surfaces.

Protective Equipment

All our staff are provided with personal protective equipment including masks, gloves and sanitizer. Plexiglass barriers have been installed in Administration offices and at Concierge desks.
