INTERRENT REIT ANNOUNCES APRIL 2021 DISTRIBUTIONS
NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO UNITED STATES NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES
Ottawa, Ontario (April 16, 2021) – InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (TSX-IIP.UN) (“InterRent”) announced today that its distribution declared for the month of April 2021 is $0.027125 per Trust unit, equal to $0.3255 per Trust unit on an annualized basis. Payment will be made on or about May 17, 2021 to unitholders of record on April 30, 2021.
