Every Monday, Wednesday & Friday
45 min class | All level and abilities
Circuit classes will consist of a warm-up/stretch, interval training for approximately 30 min and a cool-down/stretch at the end.
What do I need for this class?
- Proper exercise clothing and shoes (can also be done in bare feet)
- A mat, towel or blanket for core exercises and stretching to lie on
- Water and a workout towel (optional)
